Same sex wedding videography
Castello di Montignano – Umbria
Same sex videography by Wedding Motion is anything but trivial. Your same sex wedding video will be the most fabulous film you’ve ever seen in your life.
Sarah a small-town girl from the USA and Sophia a young British beauty, met one faithful year while studying abroad in Rome. Throughout their studying experience, when the two were able to make time for themselves, the sparks of love flew, encouraged by the loving, longing glances they used to share.
A whirlwind of emotion built on what felt like a long-term connection, has given them the foundation for the love they continued to nourish every day.
They left Italy the following year but they returned to Umbria every so often to be reminded of their first weekend trip together where their love bloomed.
When Sophia proposed to Sarah, it was Christmas Eve and it could not have been more perfect! Their first thought for their wedding went immediately to the place where they fell in love: the beautiful Umbria region.
Umbria was their love nest; the only possible place for them to celebrate their love in front of their friends and family.
Each time they saw the rolling hillsides and the luscious surroundings typical of the Umbrian countryside they felt at home.
Sarah and Sophia planned their arrival in Umbria to be few days before their wedding so to have the time to explore this dreamy region a little further. In this time they spent their evenings visiting all the little medieval towns dispersed among the region, enjoying every moment. During one of these days, sitting on the Lake Trasimeno shore, they reminisced all the beautiful memories they shared together, excited for the new ones to come.
For their big day, they wanted to be surrounded by an intimate number of guests and were looking for a location that cherished all the beauty and history that Umbria had to offer. Their main goal was to find an unique place that could suit their love for historical places together with their boho style.
Castello di Montignano, which dates back to the 10th century, was the perfect venue to host their wedding: surrounded by the natural Monti Martani hills, the castle offered a breathtaking view and the most glorious location that could be adapted to every style.
Their same-sex wedding was a living fairytale: Sarah and Sophia, both dressed in white, could not have been more beautiful while they were reading their vow love to each other.
Their wedding was hosted in the park area of the Castle, with a boho-chic style ceremony.
A triangular floral decoration to frame the two brides during the ceremony, and beautiful Persian carpets to walk on.
After the ceremony, they enjoyed an Italian wedding dinner under the stars followed by an incredible cutting of the cake adorned with sparklers and fireworks.
A celebration to remember, captured by the eye of the photographer Andrea Cittadini and filmed by Wedding Motion Italy.
Each photo, a snapshot of love. Each video, a breath of happiness to keep forever.
